Attieh Fard
Attieh Fard was born in Iran, her early years were overshadowed by the Iran-Iraq war and her parents' persecution for their critical views on the Islamic Republic of Iran's economic policies and lack of justice. Her first campaign for improving education for girls was at the age of 16. At 18, Attieh moved to the UK, where she pursued her education and held diverse roles, including TV presenter and solicitor. Excelling academically, Attieh won a Bronze medal in a UK national Mathematics competition and became one of King’s College London’s top students in Molecular Genetics. She later studied Christian theology and law and qualified as a solicitor, and is the founder of United Christian Activists.
