Crystal Renaud Day, M.A., is the CEO and Founder of Living on Purpose, a women’s telehealth counseling and coaching practice, and the Founder and Executive Director of SheRecovery, a virtual recovery community for women facing pornography and other unwanted sexual behaviors. For nearly two decades, she and her team have helped thousands of women around the world find healing through counseling, coaching, education, and recovery support.

Crystal is the author of Dirty Girls Come Clean, 90 Days to Wholeness, Dating Done Right, New Fruit, and What Drives Women to Porn? She is also the creator of The SCARS ModelTM, a recovery framework that addresses the emotional, relational, and spiritual factors that drive unwanted sexual behaviors. 

Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Psychology and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. She is a certified life coach with multiple certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors.  Crystal lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, Tim.
