Tania West
Tania is the working director of Kairos Leadership Development. As well as working with leaders, she is a couples coach and an independent celebrant who conducts funerals, weddings and baby naming ceremonies. She lives co-generationally in mid Wales with her son and beautiful daughter in law and their children Olivia (Livi) and Josiah (JJ). She is grandmother or “Yaya” to nine grandchildren under the age of six and is the author of a soon to be published book entitled “Goodness Only Knows”.
