Monique holds a Master’s in Theology and Transformative Practice and is currently completing research into the wellbeing of creatives as part of her MSc in Psychology. She is the author of Pressure Off: Learning to Embrace the Gift of God’s Grace and lives in Manchester with her husband and three sons.
