Life can get overwhelming. Between work, family, church, and the everyday challenges of simply being human, it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves and even harder to make time to sit with God in the middle of it all. That’s why Crowned: A Therapeutic and Reflective Journal has been created. More than just a diary, this faith-filled journal is designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with your true identity in Christ.
The word Crowned serves as a reminder that you are royalty, chosen, and a child of the King of Kings. In a society where mental health and faith is overlooked, Allia Smith, creator of the journal, wanted others to constantly be reminded of their identity in Christ. The pages of the journal have been beautifully brought together with a mix of psychology and faith. One of the most impactful parts for me is the Therapeutic Reflections section. It’s based on systemic thinking, which means seeing your life in the bigger picture. Instead of beating yourself up for how you react or feel, you’re encouraged to ask questions like: Who else is involved in this situation? How might my family background or past experiences be shaping the way I respond? What small steps could I take to shift things? These prompts gently guide you into understanding yourself on a deeper level, while also inviting God into that process of transformation.
There’s no right way to Journal, and there’s no perfect place to start. You can scribble, doodle, cry, pray, or celebrate across its pages. Every entry is yours. Every word is sacred. This is your space to be fully you, without judgment, and without pressure.
Whether you’re walking through a tough season, celebrating a breakthrough, or simply wanting to create more space for God in your daily life. Never forget that you are Crowned!
